It is important to eat fresh organic foods and keep the heart healthy. Women need to make sure they are getting enough vitamin B, minerals, protein for their muscles, and collagen to keep their skin healthy. They also need probiotics for a healthy digestive system, as well as enzymes and fiber. There are some supplements such as Dong Quai which help support female health. Many experts say that a woman needs vitamin D, calcium, vitamin K, and magnesium to help fight off osteoporosis later in life.

DHA which is an omega 3 fatty acid will help with brain development as well as the development of nerve tissue.

 Many women have stress and tension on a daily basis. Stress can have an effect on self-confidence and this can lead to the way that others look at us. A woman needs to find a way to handle stress.
